• Hello Dora, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can access the recordings while wired to a monitor using the VGA and/or HDMI ports. • Yes. The cameras connect directly to the dvr which has a hard drive for recording. You connect a monitor to the dvr for viewing. However, without internet you will not have remote viewing. https://www.swann.com/us/swdvk-445802v
