Hi Perry. You can only connect wired NVR cameras to this NVR, however we sell a wide variety of wireless cameras as well which operate on the same Swann Security app. This means you can mix and match different cameras and the NVR and see a live view from all products from the same app screen & under the same app account. The NVR-8580 in this kit is capable of supporting up to 12MP (6K) cameras, Swann sell bullet and dome options in this resolution under codes NHD-1200BE, NHD-1200DE. The night vision performance on all NVR cameras is excellent, but if you're looking for color night vision then you are best to look for cameras that include white spotlights, of which we have many. -SD, Swann Team
