• A:Answer I suggest reading the user manual. Pretty straight forward. The manual can be found on the Swann site too long to explain here and already explained in the manual.

Q: QuestionHello I just purchased this system and plan on having 2 cameras installed on the house and 2 installed on the detached garage. Would they all be able to run to one box or would I have to purchase another for the 2 cameras on the garage?

Please consider your camera can detect the movement of a person up to 32ft / 10m from the camera when on the highest True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings. For tips on camera placement, please contact our technical support team with more information on your security needs. More intense heat sources (e.g. vehicles) may detect a little further away and less intense heat sources (e.g. pets/small animals) may need to be a little closer before they are detected. The range/sensitivity of the motion sensor can be adjusted via the True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings bar in the app. Please let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you.
