• A:Answer Hello Gonzo. No, this system will not alert you in case of a potential fire. The cameras included in this kit come with True Detect technology which detects heat from people, animals or cars as a motion-sensing for more reliable alerts. I hope this helps. LV- Swann Team

Thank you for your question, even if NVR/camera is onvif capable we can't really guarantee that all onvif cameras/NVR will work with the unit since there might be a compatibility issue with camera resolution, cables used or the internal settings. • A:Answer Hello DEXY. Thank you for your question. We currently do not have a camera with all of the features you mention. Our 4K Add-On NVR Pan & Tilt Security Camera model SWNHD-900PT. The powerful digital zoom lets you zoom in to capture details essential for evidence although it won't mechanically track a person or vehicle. This has to be done manually. Hope this helps. • A:Answer Hi Pantera. This is a fully wired kit, you will need to run a network cable between each camera and the ports on the back of the NVR box. One 60ft cable per camera is included in the box. If you wish to have a wireless system instead I would recommend looking at our All Secure 600 or 650-series Wi-Fi NVR range on our website. -SD, Swann Team

Q: QuestionI have the ProEnforcer wired system. At night one of the 8 cameras goes completely dark. The connection to the NVR is made with a sound cat6 cable. There are no lights shining into the camera at night. I don’t understand why this is happening.

• A:Answer Hi MKN. The cameras in this kit have a wide angle fixed lens. You cannot mechanically pan or tilt the cameras but you can digitally zoom in and around the image. • A:Answer Hi 1249. They are actually very similar cameras and contain identical lens angles and other features. On this particular range it is simply an aesthetic difference. We find that some customers prefer the Dome shape as it looks a bit more discreet, whilst others prefer the Bullet shape as it's more obvious and may catch the eye of potential criminals. For example you may wish to install the bullet cameras at the front of your house to get attention, and the domes could be mounted inside or at the back of the house where you prefer them to blend in more. -SD, Swann Team
