Even though I just sent you a response, I thought of something else. You will need to get access Adminstrative Rights to your DVD. In other words when I had an issue, the software from the PC did not have many menu selections though speaking to my DVD. After SWANN Support, they said I need a direct DVD connection/sign-in. Support walked me in the direct DVD access. I had to connect a mouse and monitor Directly to my SWANN DVD and support walked me into other menus that SWAN Software does not see for other updates I needed. Your Administrative User and Password should be on a label on your DVD. I suggest you contact SWANN Support and get them to assist you. Do let me know if you get what you need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the antenna thinking it would allow us to connect a WiFi Camera in our garage. The other house camera's are hardwired. After speaking to SWANN Support, they said the antenna will Not allow WiFi to camera's. The antenna will only work if connecting the DVD WiFi to the Router. Since our DVD has a cable connection to our Router, the Antenna is useless. I hope this helps.
