Hi Jeff. Swann's USA version of the SWIFI-4KFLOCAM is designed to be connected to an existing junction box on your home. It needs to be connected to existing power wires so cannot be easily moved around your house unless you want to rewire & reinstall it again. - SD, Swann Team
