Thank you for your inquiry, ZoLand. This camera can only operate on a 2.4GHz WiFi network, as it does not have a 5GHz radio built in. The 2.4GHz band is used because it provides a longer wireless range compared to 5GHz. To connect the camera, you can try the following: - Check if your router has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. - If they share the same name (SSID), your camera may try to connect to the 5GHz band. - Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ask them to: - Create a guest network that uses 2.4GHz only, or - Separate the WiFi names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz so you can select the correct one. Once you have access to a 2.4GHz network, your camera should connect successfully. Mary – Swann Team
