This is what I found out, the company handled my situation over the phone a few pics and an email got it done. Swift is working with BestBuy to handle the electrical but not much on the tuning. So I rode my bike to a local shop riding up like I had a Bugatti of bikes lol. We talked and he took time to look at the bike as I left it for him. We have worked on getting the parts to fit and the charge to repair same as any bike. The electrical is covered warranty and they back it for real. So find you a nice local bike shop this bike is worth it
