- Answer You'll have to look in-store to see if this is the new, refreshed hardware. You can tell by looking at the box (the new one's box is nearly entirely Red, as opposed to the red/white box of the older hardware). You can also tell if you have the console in-hand by looking at its serial number. The newer, refreshed hardware has a 01 at the end (i.e. MOD HAC-001-01)

- Answer Usually if you purchase the console as a "bundle" it includes the game as a digital download so the game will not be delivered separately. I would check the description of your order to ensure this is true, if so it should be loaded on the device already or within the device packaging.

- Answer Not for awhile. The parts used to make the switch is from China and they stoped production. So until they open production back up. If the store is sold out they’re won’t be anymore.

- Answer How many packs you should buy just for 4 people is 1 pack Because if each of you use 1 side of the joycon you all can play but if you each want 2 joycons for yourself then buy 3 packs or if your going to play games that don’t need movements then just buy 3 other pro controllers.

- Answer Your best bet is to keep checking the app or online, especially in the mornings, for a restock. They do go out of stock relatively quickly when the notification says you can add it to your cart so you’ll have to be quick. I saved all of my information and I was able to get one by checking in the morning and ordered it quickly. A tip I would say is that even when it says it’s not available for shipping or available for pick up keep trying to check out because those shipping options will change sometimes and then you can order it. I think the system is a little glitchy. Nintendo does say there will be a restock coming in the future but there is no timeline due to manufacturing delays. Potentially that could take up to another month.

QuestionHow’s the screen quality. I heard that the old switch has a better screen quality then the new switch. Also some reports say that some new switches have terrible color accuracy, some are neutral and some are not. Greenish-yellowish are what some have.

- Answer No, it is not. It most likely will not ever be compatible with an external hard disk drive. You can always buy a micro SD card of a proportionate size to fit your need as the games can be installed directly to the micro SD card from the eShop.

- Answer They exist. Sounds like there's a slight lag in updating the inventory after it sells out. It's happened to me before too. The item appears to be in stock and you can add it to your cart but you can't check out. Just means that you just missed it and it's sold out again.
