QuestionWhen closed for playback inside cover won’t stay in position to load or play unless held closed it keeps going to the OPEN setting. Looks like the plastic rubber latch pulls up about 2mm when closed and latched. How keep latched in wo holding closed?

- Answer something is wrong with the jack on the dvd player. I have used the ear phones and an Insignia blue tooth speaker plugged into the jack,my Bose noise canceling head set also works plugged into that jack. So I would say it is the jack.
