“I connected my Sylvania DVD to my Insignia TV (which I purchased from BB last year) and I am getting a no disc error but my disc is clean and the machine is brand new. I am using the RCA cables. Will using a HDMI cord fix this problem? Suggestions?”

The first disc I tried gave this error but then I realized that disc was blu-ray. Since this player is NOT blu-ray I then tried a plain DVD and it worked fine.
