It has HDMI, and regular AV cables. No laptops come with INPUTS for these types of cables. A product that will capture video from a DVD player costs a LOT more than a DVD player. Your best option is just to buy an external DVD drive ($30 cheapest at Best Buy) and just play the DVDs through your laptop's media player.
