...Likely too large, and you'd need to always cook the fries first to avoid transferring any oyster-ness to the fries. I think this fryer's 1.8 liter max oil capacity, for which 1.5 l is the minimum to operate it, might prove wasteful. Although you can filter and reuse the oil successfully, I wouldn't if there is seafood involved. I bought this one because I cook long items, like churros and strips, but maybe one of the round fryers might be best for small, roundish-food batches.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Won't have a problem with frying fries and oysters. It does need 1.8L of oil but the easy to clean filtration should allow you to re-use the oil multiple times

It doesnt require to much oil and it has a amazing oil storage system that also makes for easy cleaning. I love the one i got and would highly recommend getting one as I plan on getting another one.
