• A:Answer It's not going to work outside United States. What you should do, unlock the phone (if it's locked to your current carrier). Then just get the SIM card in China.

• A:Answer This activation kit comes with a 3-in-1 SIM card... can be used where a 2FF (large format), micro, or nano SIM card is required. So, if your phone uses any one of the 3 common standard SIM cards, this should work. Some phones have internal (non replaceable) SIMs, so no card is required... If that's the case, you should be able to go online @ T-mobile.com to check your phone IMEI & existing SIM # to see if it will work. If so, you can activate online. No need for an activation kit in that case... but good luck getting anything online @ T-Mo to work correctly. Probably best to go to a store for assistance. If you try to activate online and it doesn't work correctly, you'll lose any $$ you put on your account. I found out the hard way, twice.

• A:Answer Cuba is a high cost area. Using a T-mobile plan (Postpaid) will set you back around $2 MB. (No Joking). T-mobile Prepaid plans will not work in Cuba. Your best bet is to see if your iphone can be unlocked if it is locked. Contact your phone provider for details. Or you can search Best Buy for unlocked phones and buy one and keep a spare phone for life. Then buy an ETECSA(state-owned provider) SIM in Cuba once you arrive there. You can get 4 GB for $20 USD with calls and SMS at around 10 CUC/MIn. Hope this helps for you. Kind regards,

• A:Answer Yes,you can recharge using you credit,debit card or refill vouchers sold everywhere. Supermarket,big chain stores,drugstores,convenience stores,filling stations,and of course Best Buy all carry refill vouchers from $10-$100 When in a store just look for the T-mobile logo on the refill card voucher.(shown below,except with any value amounts). Simply follow the instructions on the back of the card,enter the PIN into your phone,wait 5-10 seconds and your recharge is valid instantly. I don't recommend to reload in a company store because it's rather incovenient unless a company store is closeby. Best Regards.
