re-configure all the settings to save battery (e.g. screen brightness, phone vibration, etc) Turn off any apps that running in the background such as weather, gps, maps or delete any apps that she's don't use. that your mom is not using. Most important of all is close down any apps that are opened because they're still running in the background. Download free norton or micor trend or mcafee apps they can help protect her device (limited protection of course since it's free to use) and can tell her which app consumes lots of battery.then she can close the app after she finish.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do 2 simple things to keep my Rogues running and not conking out completely. One, I NEVER keep too many apps running in the background.. Make sure that you close each of your apps after actual use and don't keep a lot of windows open by multi-tasking. Just because you don't see them upfront does not mean they are not turned on & running. The other way is using an external portable battery charger to carry around with you when you are out and about. I have 2 of these. I have a solar assisted larger one for both my smartphones. This smartphone shaped and sized one has a solar panel front that could catch sun rays to charge it in a pinch. Although I generally-and prefer to-charge it by plugging it into a wall electrical socket. I use this one for extended day trips. The other is a more simple very small power stick. It is for a just-in-case top offs when I am out and about away from a wall socket for just a few hours. Hope my suggestions work for you

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It must be a bad battery because it usually has great battery life. But if features such as WiFi and Bluetooth are left on, then yes the battery will drain faster than usual.
