• in set up look at sounds and turn off vibrate on ring setting. that should do it.

• You have the "Call Connected" vibrate feature turned on. It can be diabled - check your hand book. I have it enabled on my phone because sometimes I can't hear the person I am calling and hang up. The vibrate prompts me to say hello.
