You'd have to follow T-Mo's unlocking policy. No, you can't use another providers SIM in it - I'm not sure why you want to anyway. Other providers should all have cheap lil flip phones like this.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i would call the carrier and see if their phones are compatible with t-mobile phones. the last phone i had unlocked at&t had to give me an unlock code. it comes with all the instructions. just contact your carrier. they should be able to help you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes like any other phone bought from a specific carrier, you have to get it unlocked to use another carrier's SIM. I haven't done it yet but t mobile doesn't give you much trouble with the unlock.
