• That depends on what service you currently have. If you have T-mobile its as simple as putting your current SIM card in the LG 450. If you have another provider you will need to go through the process of porting your number into T-mobile. This can take some time.

• Unlike Sprint and Verizon phones, your phone number "stays" with the SIM card, not from the GSM phone

• Yes you have to contact your old provider then your new one to keep your number. The store employees are great at helping you with this timely process.
