• No. it is for the cost of the phone inclusive of 1 sim card. You need the phone to be activated.

• No phone is 98 with no ++++ month just connect your own sim card from tmobile thats what i did just save the sim card

• 89 for the phone outright. You either use your existing tmobile plan or pick a new one.
