• Yes. This is for T-Mobile prepaid/no contract. You may however use it for a contract account if you already have a contract with T-Mobile.

• If you want it to be No-Contract, you must still have a no-contract plan with a service provider like Cricket or Family Mobile. Else you can have a regular contract plan with a service provider like Sprint or AT&T or T-Mobile.
