• It is not unlocked, you can do it online (maybe around $30) or at your country. If you have someone using T-Mobile, this person can use it for 40 days and the company can give you the unlock code for free. It can be use in SouthAmerica.

• You can ask for the unlock codes to TMobile,yes it can be use in other gsm carriers and countries

• Don't think it's unlocked but you can use for both AT&T and TMobile

• It's locked for T-mobile only, just non-contract which normally means prepaid.
