Do the tuners support ATSC 3.0 (NEXTGEN TV)? null

No. ATSC 3.0 hasn't been finalized yet, so companies are waiting to build products for them. Also, if it was, it would be at least twice the price.

No, but there is not much difference really right now anyways. I have an ATSC 3 converter box and everything on the channels is the exact same, except some shows have HDR and picture quality is now a little better 1080p. You can tell the quality difference some though if that really matters.

Tablo has such a device undergoing testing. It needs to be certified for DRM before release.
