• This works through internet.It doesn't utilize cable or satellite. Your internet needs to be fast enough to stream. If you stream Netflix, I think you'd be OK with this. I would advise you to buy it locally and set it up before you ditch your current service.If you don't like it, box it up and return it.You might be charged a box fee though, not sure. I have ONLY internet and I use this.
