This is for OTA stations only. As far as I know, ESPN is not over the air anywhere. You can get a streaming service like Hulu, Sling TV etc... and use their cloud DVR for ESPN. Same goes for ESPN Plus... you can not use Tablo to record.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, Tablo can only record over the air antennas. You would need a cable provider or online service like youtube tv, slingtv or hulu to get ESPN. Most of those companies will do free recording or minimum pay recording.

You cannot record anything you stream or that is from a cable or satellite provider. But you will need a high bandwidth internet connection as this DVR uses wifi to send programs to your TVs...including to multiple TVs.
