• Does not include an antenna and my model did not include a hard drive. The tablo is just the dual tuner and DVR.

• The Tablo needs a separate antenna to be purchased to work.

• First I got an antenna (could be in home or outside home). It plug into this device. The tablo can help you watch live TV without commercials. YOu can record and watch shows / movies / football at a later time. It needs a separate antenna. Tablo requires you have decent internet speed (at least 25 mbps i believe). After the 15 day trial there is a monthy fee of $5 / month or you can get it for annual or lifetime basis. I liked the way it worked. You can also use this one device for all tvs that are connected through your home. So 1 antenna sends signal to this device - then you can watch it on any TVs in the home. Pretty cool device. Steve
