“Does this lens require an adapter or do it fit right on the Sony Emount cameras?”

• It is designed for full frame Sony cameras. I use this lens on Sony a7iii and it requires no adapter. Autofocus works as good as with my Sony lens.

• It fits directly on without an adapter. I use it on my A7r ii and it has been a great lens. Update the firmware to V3 and the lens is even even better with focusing during rapid shooting
