How does price match work for online purchase? null

I've used price match once for an online purchase. I used their chat feature to talk with a representative, and they walked me through the process. Essentially, you give them the information for the match, and they take care of the details for the purchase. I can't remember all the steps, but that is because it was very easy to do (I think you can do it over the phone as well). I put the item in my cart, but I didn't purchase it till they matched the price.
