It’s sad people don’t give feed backs. From my personal experience from using the cooling fans, Some are just made a little to cheap and ports can damage easily. My recommendation is to always buy the extended warranty for something like this. May seem pointless at the time of purchase but, this could save you money down the road from having to purchase a new one. Just my personal opinion on this topic. Good luck.

I have been to places where Managers give the benefit of the doubt. If the customer is happy then he will be loyal to the business. As far as my experience, Best Buy has always treated me top-notch. (Knock-on-wood.... ouch, that hurt my head)
