If you plugged it into your laptop's USB port and the fans don't immediately start blowing, there's something wrong. Make sure the USB port isn't dead. That sometimes happens.

The FAN goes on WHEN THE COMPUTER goes on and goes OFF when the COMPUTER GOES OFF. Its very efficient. I think when U try it this way, you will be pleased. Let me know if this works. Thanks
