• If you plugged it into your laptop's USB port and the fans don't immediately start blowing, there's something wrong. Make sure the USB port isn't dead. That sometimes happens.

• The one I have has a roller switch on the right side at the front which turns it on and controls the speed.

• Hi Frenchytawn I have the same fan. You are right, there is no ON/OFF SWITCH. The FAN goes on WHEN THE COMPUTER goes on and goes OFF when the COMPUTER GOES OFF. Its very efficient. I think when U try it this way, you will be pleased. Let me know if this works. Thanks
