Some Bluetooth devices can be reprogrammed to be able to use different receivers. You may need to use special program for it that is included with some Logitech muse and keyboards. I purchased a Logitech mouse and keyboard (it came with the software) and was able to match it with different devices. Very simple thing to do just need the program, it comes with the re-programmable mouse. Good luck.
