“Haven't had the clicker very long and it all of sudden stopped working. Batteries are new in the remote. What would cause this? Computer can't find the USB which it did before. No changes were made to my computer either. Can I exchange for another?”

Try a different USB slot. If you can, try another PC. If both of those fail then it's the dongle.
