I'm sorry but I am unaware if it works with that particular brand. We have a 16" HP

If the acer is a laptop and at least 17 inches and has a USB plug in this fan should work.

If your acer aspire is a laptop type then yes this will work. Your laptop just sits on top.

You should be able to view your laptops screen size under computer properties. It fits my 17'' laptop very well.

Well, it's supposed to fit 17" laptops but my laptop is less than 17 inches and the mat is about a half inch too narrow. A quarter inch on each side of the keyboard is over the side of the mat.....
