- Answer Mine came with the strap. Just read a question from a customer who didn't get the strap with it though. Maybe it's the difference between buying it online vs. in store? But that still wouldn't make sense. It should come with the strap.

- Answer As the description states: "Fits most laptops with up to a 15.6" display". So, no, a 17.3" laptop would not fit in this case. My 15.6" MSI does however fit nicely in it.

- Answer Zipper needs to be made more durable. Most zippers on any item are poorly made with plastic instead of metal and tab to pull is very poorly made and easy to break or split making zipper not working,
