I don't see why not. As long as you have an available USB slot to plug in to it should work. The Pro 3 has a USB 3.0 so you should be good to go. Any laptop or tablet with a USB port should work. However if you only have USB 2.0 then do not expect USB 3.0 performance. You would need USB 3.0 to get the same speeds from it.
