Hello, sorry about the issues that you have been having with the VersaType. Let me see if we are able to assist. There are two things that we can try. First please go to settings>Accessibility>Keyboards>Full Keyboard Access and it on. You may also while there want to check that things like Show Lowercase Keys is also turned on. If that does not help it could be something with the mapping of the keys to fix that go to settings>general>Keyboard>Hardware Keyboard and tap over at the right edge. There check to be sure that it is not set to Automatic. If it is you will want to change it to US or ABC most likely. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
