“I purchased this case about 7 months ago and the hinge has already separated and no longer holds up the iPad. I've seen others on Amazon with the same problem and most claim that the manufacturer/sellers are replacing the unit. Does BB offer the same?”

• You have to go through the manufacturer and pay the shipment cost with a tracking receipt. This is my second case breaking.

• Not without a major hassle. Modal is horrible to deal with too. Best Buy finally, after arguing, gave me store credit on a different case.

• I had the same problem and yes BB replaced mine bc it was still under manufacturer warranty
