This item is designed for the Apple 12.9-inch iPad Pro.

I bought it for 12.9-Inch iPad Pro (Latest Model) with Wi-Fi, Model: MPKY2LL/A. Can't say if it fits any other model as it's my first IPad. It fits well and we are very happy with it.

I doubt it - this is for the 12.9 inch iPAD pro - not sure but doubt the original was this size
