QuestionHow does this case close. Is it magnetic or does it have a strap? Also what material is the outside case made of and is it a one piece case.

- Answer It is magnetic. It appears to be some sort of rubberized plastic (stiff like plastic but with some give like rubber). Whether it is built as 1 piece or not I don't know/care, but it is 1 piece for the consumer.

- Answer To etch your name on the iPad you will need to talk to Apple or the place of purchase. For the case we are not able to emboss or etch a name into it.
