“How does one remove the tiny screw in the back of the scale to remove battery. I have tried every sized small screwdriver , and nothing is working. Please help. this is a relatively new scale.”

• I have a very tiny Philips head screwdriver that I used to remove the screw...it took some doing, but it finally worked. My screwdriver is like the type you use for eyeglasses.
