“I bought this scale earlier and it seems to read 3-4 lbs higher than my doctor's scale and the one I bought to replace(broke)......do any other owners of this model have the same problem or is it very accurate, about the same as the one in your doctor's?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree, it isn't accurate. Not only is it different from the doctor's scale, as you said, a few pounds heavier, and who needs that? If I weight myself several times in a row, it gives different results. I would not buy this again.
