Yes, I have ATT&T and it works fine. Actually gets better reception than my Galaxy 9 did... or at least it seems that way.

Yes. It's unlocked and can be used with T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. It works with most MVNO also, but you should check with the MVNO whether it is compatible with the three major carriers.
