    • Answer Zoom Video conferencing is not currently an available streaming channel. However, this TV does come with 3 HDMI ports. Any of these ports can be used to connect the TV to external devices, such as a PC and then the TV can be used as monitor. The TV does not feature a built-in camera or mic. Hope this helps!     • Answer The TV will see your smartphone as a wireless network, and connect to it as you would any other (with your password protection, etc.) Please note that the strength of your cellular connection (LTE, 4G etc.) will impact the streaming performance of any device.     • Answer Currently, our TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port.   • QuestionI own this tv currently and it is hooked up to Wifi via my internet connection now. However, if I got rid of my internet service provider and only had a Wifi router and connection, would the SmartTV options still work with just WiFi connection?

    • Answer In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet.
