• If you have a smartphone such as an IPhone or any smartphone you can get apps on. You can download the Roku app and in there they have an option that says remote and you just connect your TV to your phone and use that as your remote.

• You can always order replacement accessories through any of our authorized resellers. Such as "tcl.encompass.com". However, if you have a smart phone you can also download the Roku mobile app which acts as a remote and allows for private listening among other features. Hope this helps!
