Did you try looking at any filters you might have in place? I had this happen with my cable streaming, I only saw 5 channels, come to find out that a filter of only my favorites had been selected. Once I changed the filter to all channels I was able to view the full line up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Without more information about the setup of your TV it is difficult to understand what is happening. To scan for cable channels go to the home screen and select the cable input. Next select the asterisk (*) button on the remote and from the menu that appears select Scan again for channels. On the next screen select scan for all channels. On the following screen select No, channels 3 & 4 are not needed.
