- Answer I purchased this TV and like it for the price, but the audio quality was one of my disappointments. The dialogue is clear enough, but the sound is far from rich. This tv is still a good value and the picture quality is great for its price point. If you want good audio, plan on a Bluetooth speaker or an ARC soundbar. The picture and sound settings are very sparse.

QuestionI just purchased this tv. It is advertised as having voice control built in. The instructions say use the talk button on the remote. The remote has no such button. It also says you can activate the voice by enabling voice in settings. Does voice work?

- Answer Just purchased this TV. Remote has no VOICE COMMAND capability. I contacted tech support, they suggested I buy a voice capable remote. YET, the remote included has a microphone. Go figure. Found a remote on Amazon for $15, not worth pulling off the wall mount. Misleading "voice control". Sheesh TCL .. add $10 to the price and ship a voice remote!!
