“I have had this TCL 43" tv for a couple of months. Working fine. Last night I could not get the ROKU channel or any channel that is connected to ROKU. I have tried all day today to get in touch with Best Buy. I'm hold for up to 10 minutes . Need Help.”

• Trying rebooting your WiFi modem. Turn off your modem and unplug for 1 minute or so. This helps clean your cache in your modem.
