• While I have not yet subscribed, the Roku website says you can ( https://channelstore.roku.com/details/195316/youtube-tv ). They do not call it an app, they call it a "channel." Understand that you will have to pay for the subscription to use it after YouTube's free trial. It is not included as a feature of the TV or Roku functionality itself.
