“Can this be controlled with a Logitech Harmony remote? Or a universal IR remote? I want to be able to type in channel numbers without going through an on-screen menu and I DON'T want to have to use an app on my cell phone. Thanks.”

Our TVs are compatible with most Universal and cable remotes. Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control certain features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tclusa.com/tv-remote-codes for more information. However, our smart TVs do not currently support the direct input of channel numbers for over-the-air channels. If your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. For a cable box, you would want to use your cable box remote. Hope this helps!
