“I have a hearing problem an I have a 32 " TLC .Is the sound any better on this one .? The sound quilty on these tvs arent very good .”

Almost all TVs today (even the high-end ones) have poor built-in audio, largely because flat panels leave virtually no room for decent speakers. If you're concerned about quality sound, get a soundbar or a home theater system with your TV.
