Not sure about "ATSC 3.0" but this TV does have the ability to use an antenna for over-the-air broadcasts. Not sure why you would want to use it that way unless you have a DSL Internet connection and no cable-TV and you want the over-the-air channels. If you have cable Internet, the basic-TV package is only an extra 10 bucks or so per month and I think that provides more channels more clearly than the antenna. However, the reception depends on the signal strength. The coaxial supports ATSC, NTSC, and Clear QAM. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
